No freaking idea how I ran. #1, misread the training schedule. Thought I was supposed to run 2 easy, 2 @75-85%, & 2 easy. So, I set the HRM for what I think is 75-85%. First 2 miles at a 10:03, 10:36. Middle 2: 9:18, 9:33 avg hr 153. For the last 2, couldn't keep the HR below 70%, so turned the alarm off. the freaking watch turned off as well. Piss. However, the 75-85% felt good. Really good. Was not balls to the walls, but a bit beyond comfortable. Overall, the run felt great. While frustrated at the slowness, seeing glimpses of something better and enjoying not feeling fatigued and no dead legs.
The POS Polar monitor seemed to be ok tonight.
