The making of the resolutions/goals for 2010. I'm limiting the # this year in hopes of being more successful. Here goes:
1. TV off at 10pm during the week, unless completely engrossed in a sporting event of monumental proportions. No more channel surfing and losing sleep for no reason.
2. Cyber-free Sundays. No websurfing on Sunday. I need to cut down and this is a start.
3. Focus on nutrition. I ended last yr at 134 and I'm ending this yr at 134. I need to get serious. Garbage in = garbage out.
4. Get out of my comfort zone. Last year, it was a century bike ride. I believe this year will be a Tri.
5. Stick to a training plan. 9 weeks into HR training. I am going to follow this thru.
6. Appreciate life. Make note of one thing that I am happy or thankful for on a daily basis. No worries, I won't be posting this crap to facebook. It's an internal reflection.
