Dust, dust, dust

Yes, the house is full of dust with the kitchen remodel going on. However, I'm really dusting off the blog. Not trying to be funny or entertaining, just trying to put together a journal for my nutrition, fitness and anything else that I care to remember.

Since a little before the first of the year, when I visited the sports nutritionist, I have been trying to clean up my eating habits. As much as she would like me to log all of my food, I find that one gigantic pain in the ass. I am trying to incorporate 5-9 fruits or veggies per day. This is hard, particularly when you have no kitchen. When I'm successful, I find that I eat very well, overall. I spend so much time on this that I don't eat the junk!

I'm also off of the sweet snacking. I don't go searching for chocolate at 2:30 - I would like to, but I don't. Instead, an apple and string cheese. I may have a cup of tea. OMG, this is like a damn mean!

With this, I am down to a weight lower than my pre-Christmas holiday weight, but would like to do better.

I'm also back in the Dead Runner's Hundred Day Challenge - working out for 100 days consecutively. So, will be writing this down here to keep myself on track.
